Hard to say for sure. Still, you should be aware that while it is considered normal when it is less than 140/90mmHg (ideal blood pressure is 120/80mmHg), a blood pressure of 90/60mmHg or less is considered the lowest blood pressure before death. Like most things in life it’s a question of degree. Most of us walk around with moderate high blood pressure and some of us take meds for it. This is asymptomatic and lasts for years - a lifetime usually. Occasionally, high blood pressure can become “malignant” and kill you in short order, but that’s rare. Its’ symptoms include headache, blurred vision, chest pain and shortness of breath.

Low blood pressure is another story. Most people, when they talk about low blood pressure, are really talking about low normal blood pressure. These people function very well with systolics in the 80–90 range. They don’t get dizzy when they change position and their mentation is unimpaired. True low blood pressure is a medical emergency. Something is going on that is very wrong, like internal bleeding, that if not repaired soon, will kill you.

The answer to your question, ‘which is more dangerous?’ is nuanced. High blood pressure is tolerated for years but is not good for you and will shorten your life in the long term. Really high blood can be rapidly fatal. Low normal blood pressure will help you live a long and productive life. True low blood pressure is caused by something bad going on and, if not corrected promptly, will lead to no blood pressure i.e. death.
