Absowebly are a small web agency based in West Molesey where we do everything web, from web design, through web development and web marketing. We are seeking a new web design assistant/trainee to join our team. Working from our offices in West Molesey you will have a unique opportunity to learn the technical aspects behind website design and will work closely with our web designer, web developers and online marketing teams to obtain a broad range of skills.
Within this role you would be required to:
- - Produce Web Page Layouts to required specifications
- Come up with Web Design Concepts / Branding Concepts
- Design/Produce Online Advertisements
- Prepare Artwork files & assist Web Designers / Developers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Great attention for detail
- A natural flair for design
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage their own time
- A Passion for the ‘Web’
Full training on using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks & Illustrator will be provided, however prior experience with any graphic design programs will be beneficial.
Although commercial experience & professional qualifications are not a requirement, you should be able to show us a portfolio of work you have produced.
