Production Process
There are seven layers in the noodle leaf dryer: the upper area is mainly the heat drying zone; the lower area is mainly the cooling drying zone. Heat exchanger for heat supply, powerful blower for blowing, and heat energy recycling. The seven layer mesh belt enables the noodle leaves to fully turn over to prevent overlapping and adhesion. This ingenious design ensures that the noodle leaves are evenly dried without crispness.
The dried noodle leaves are cooled by blowing and then transported to the packaging machine for packaging.
